Discover how we can support you
Specialist support for people living with mental health challenges.
ProMind Recovery Nursing offers a focused range of NDIS services, all built around mental health. Nothing generalist. Nothing out of our depth.
Our mental health support services
We offer four core services, each designed to support a different aspect of your mental health and NDIS journey.
Every service is delivered by qualified, experienced mental health professionals who understand what recovery actually looks like. Whether you need clinical nursing support, someone to help you navigate your plan, or practical day-to-day assistance, we can help. All services are available to self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants across Western Sydney.
Mental health recovery coaching
Recovery coaching is about more than setting goals on paper. We work alongside you to understand where you are right now, what’s getting in the way of moving forward, and what a better day-to-day life actually looks like for you.
Your coach will help you build practical skills, develop routines that genuinely support your wellbeing, and stay on track when things get difficult. We look at the bigger picture too: relationships, community connection, work, study, and whatever else matters to you.
Sessions are flexible, consistent, and built entirely around your needs and your pace.
Mental health nurse support
Our mental health nurses bring a level of clinical expertise that most NDIS support providers simply don’t have.
If you’re managing a complex diagnosis, navigating medication changes, recovering from a hospital admission, dealing with a crisis, or just need someone who genuinely understands your condition and your history, we can help.
Support is tailored to your clinical presentation, delivered with consistency, and adjusted as your needs change over time. You’ll always be working with someone who knows you, not a different face every visit.
Case management support and advocacy
Managing an NDIS plan alongside a mental health condition can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re also trying to coordinate multiple providers, appointments, and services.
We help you cut through the complexity: coordinating your supports, communicating with your treatment team and other providers, advocating on your behalf when something isn’t working, and making sure your plan is actually delivering what you need.
We keep track of the moving parts so you don’t have to, and we speak up when something needs to change.
General support
Sometimes you need practical, reliable help to get through the day, and that’s just as important as any clinical service.
Our general support covers the everyday tasks and activities that make a real difference to your independence and quality of life: getting out into the community, building daily living skills, maintaining routines, managing appointments, and working toward the goals that matter to you.
It’s delivered by people who understand mental health, so the support always fits the person, not just the task.
