You're in good hands

We know reaching out about mental health support can feel like a big step.

It can be hard to know what to say or where to begin. Whatever you’re dealing with, we’ll take the time to listen properly and make sure you get the right advice, not just a generic response that could have come from anyone.

We’ve been alongside people through their hardest moments and their biggest breakthroughs. We’ve had thousands of conversations over 35 years and we approach every single one with the same patience and care. Wherever you’re at right now, we’re ready to listen.

Make a referral

If you’re supporting someone who’s struggling with their mental health and not getting the specialist help they need, we’re here. We work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants across Western Sydney and we’d love to help get the right support in place.

Frequently asked questions

We know choosing a support provider is a big decision. Here are some of the things people usually want to know before they get started.

How do I know if ProMind is the right fit for me?

If you’re looking for specialist mental health support from a team with real clinical depth, ProMind is worth a conversation. We bring 35 years of mental health experience and 12 years working specifically with NDIS participants, and we take a recovery-focused approach that puts your goals at the centre. We’re not a generalist provider. We work with people who need more than the basics, and we take the time to understand what that looks like for each person.

No you don’t. You’re welcome to reach out directly. We’re happy to hear from participants, family members, support coordinators, or anyone else involved in someone’s care.

That’s completely normal in mental health recovery. We regularly review how things are going and adjust your support to match where you are now, not where you were when you started.

Switching to ProMind is straightforward, and you won’t lose access to support while it happens. We’ll walk you through what needs to change in your plan, liaise with your support coordinator or plan manager if needed, and make sure everything is in place before your previous provider steps back. The goal is a clean handover with no gaps.

Recovery coaching is focused on you personally. A coach works alongside you to build skills, set goals, and grow your confidence day to day. Case management is broader. It’s about coordinating your supports, navigating the NDIS system, and making sure the people and services around you are actually working together. Some participants use both, depending on what their plan includes.
